General Overview
The calendar does not show availability as it is a guest apartment, however there are dates available for summer autumn and beyond . I am very flexable. Open to sim and non sim Globes and Plutos. Just ask if you are interested.
Located in the epicentre of the medieval town of Tallinn steps from the Old Town Square, the Niguliste French Balcony apartment is the perfect place to stay when you visit Tallinn. The main Tourist Information Office is conveniently located downstairs in the same building. I am happy to assist you in experiencing the different areas of Tallinn each with their own unique flavour. 2nd floor.No elevator.
The Space
The apartment has 2 large bedrooms,1 bathroom with washer and dryer, open plan kitchen dining and living area. The 76 m2 apartment stretches the entire building from the French Balcony in front with views of Niguliste Church/Museum to the windows at the back with yard views. The apartment functions as a guest apartment with a 9.9 rating on Booking.Com.
Just ask if you are interested in exchange.I am flexible on dates. Tallinn is a very desirable location and this apartment is located right in the centre of the Old Town with everything in walking distance.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The building does not have an elevator so disabled access is not possible.
