General overview

Traditional victorian tenement flat in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood, south facing open views. Excellent public transport, plenty of coffee shops, bars, restaurants with 5 mins walking. City centre 30 mins walk.

The space

My traditional style home is very spacious with high ceilings, detailed cornicing, some original floor boards and mostly rug covering. All rooms lead from a large square hallway (with a cocktail bar!). Large kitchen with everything you would need to prepare and cook a feast. There's ample space in the sitting room to seat 6 for dinner, 8 at a push! The larger front facing bedroom has a king size bed, workspace and the other has a double bed. Our home could be described as quirky? Lots of original artwork on the walls, plants, mid century furniture and music plays a big part in out home, lots of vinyl and cd's - oh and amazing neighbours too!

Secure door entry, ground, first and we are on the second/top floor - amazing south facing open views!

Notes

We live in a really well connected area of the city, a local train will have you in the city in 7mins 4 times an hour. Regular bus services around the city, on street parking and lots and lots of green space to wander.

Getting around

Glasgow is the biggest city in scotland and known throughout the world as the 'friendly city' It has everything you could want from a large culturally rich city. Michelin starred restaurants, a thriving live music scene and world class shopping. Theres an airport 8 miles from the apartment. A train station which will get you anywhere in Britain and indeed, the rest of Europe via London on Eurostar. The capital city Edinburgh, is only 45 mins away by train.
