The Space

This house was constructed in 2022 as part of the 'De Residence Pangandaran' project.

Ground floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A spacious living room leading to a terrace
- A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet

First floor:
- Three bedrooms (two with large double beds, one with a single bed) and closets
- One bedroom can be used as a home office
- The main bedroom opens onto a small balcony

The house has air conditioning in every room, hot water, and high-speed internet via an optic-fibre connection
The granite floors maintain a comfortable temperature in the tropical weather, while the teak wood doors ensure noise reduction. These materials are of excellent quality, durable, and natural.

In the residence you can find:
- a swimming pool
- a café (where you can also order breakfast)

Our friend Marek lives in one of the houses in the same project to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Our goal is to create a harmonious community where foreign residents can connect and blend in with the locals, fostering a sense of togetherness and avoiding the typical dynamic of tourists and locals. If you and your family are looking for a cosy home, beaches, nature, and sports, then look no further. Our staff will guide and support you throughout your stay. 

Please note the following amenities:
- The washing machine is located in a staff house, so it is possible to use it.
- Cleaning service is available for IDR 350k (= €17) per visit, or you can clean the house yourself during your stay.
- Foldable beds, iron boards, and other equipment can be provided upon request.
- You can rent a motorbike for a fee.
- You can order breakfast for a fee to the house from the café located in the residence.

The De Residence Pangandaran is situated in the picturesque coastal town of Pangandaran, nestled in West Java, Indonesia, approximately 350 km southeast of the capital, Jakarta. Strategically positioned just a 5-minute drive from the city center, a modern hospital, popular tourist attractions, and the stunning Pangandaran Beach. Pangandaran is renowned as one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in West Java and is experiencing rapid development, making it an enticing place to live or vacation.

The white sand beach in Pangandaran is truly a paradise, located a mere 10 minutes from our residence. Imagine having this azure piece of coastline as your daily swimming spot!

Getting to my home

To get to Pangandaran from Jakarta: 
- direct 1-hour flight from Jakarta via Susiair - it’s a small 12-seater plane. I recommend https://www.traveloka.com/en-id to buy tickets in Southeast Asia.

Alternatively: 
- you can fly either to Yogyakarta (3 hours by train to our home) or Bandung (5 hours by train).
