General overview
I live in the center of Cancún south, close to Walmart and many shopping plazas, restaurants, local street food, subway, Starbucks, a bakery called Bon pane, domino pizza like anything you need you can find it right out the community gate. it's in a secured gate community in cancun. 20 minutes from the beach and the airport, making it a perfect location to enjoy all Cancún has to offer. you are not too far from the hotel zone yet you are close to the local to enjoy the culture and awesome vibes of the Mexicans. the community has 2 large pools for you to enjoy, big gardens for your morning walks or meditation, playground with lots of trampoline and slides to keep your little ones happy and occupied.
The space
Master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress with a dedicated working space. All the rooms are Ensuite. The master bedroom has a huge jacuzzi tub. It also leads to the balcony.
The second bedroom has a queen size bedroom
The third Room is like the kids room with a bunk bed with queen size on the bottom and twin size on top
All rooms are Ensuites and all Mattresses are memory foam
Enjoy relaxing on the terrace featuring 2 lounge chairs and a swing chair.
Enjoy the dedicated workstation with speed internet
The fenced backyard can provide a much needed respite after the day's work. relax on the hammock or head into a big, well stocked kitchen to cook yourself a nice dinner. if you are not in the mood to cook, check our one of the tons of restaurants across the street ranging from American to Mexican food.
After treating yourself to a nice meal, go for a walk around the community, into the garden area for some relaxing time alone or with your family or friends or go for a relaxing swim at one of the big swimming pools. or relax by the cabana while you watch your kids swim.
It's that relaxing getaway you've been looking for.
The airport is only 20 minutes and the many beaches in cancun are 20-30 minutes away depending on which one you want to visit.

I'm Itunu, mom of three awesome kids. I yearn to see the world, so my husband Femi humors me by playing along. 😆 Our kids just want to go where we go!
We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and consider ourselves global citizens as we have multiple passports and residency across North America and Africa . My husband Femi and I are both IT professionals and can work remotely from anywhere in the world as long as there is good internet connection. We home school our kids Nathan (2013), Jedidiah (2015), and Christabelle (2020).
We love to travel across the world to explore other cultures, learn new languages, and try new food. We love beach areas or nature areas, so we can go hiking with the kids, discover and learn something new, and enjoy the beautiful world. We also love themeparks, so we are annual pass holders for Disney, Legoland, Seaworld, Sixflags, Crayola, and Science centers. We would love to meet other families with or without kids.
