General Overview

This is a modern 3 bdrm, 2.4 bathroom duplex townhouse. Enjoy meals and views of Sand Diego from our 600 square foot rooftop deck. The deck has beautiful teak furniture and an outdoor grill. It includes TV's, and wifi. There is also Air-conditioning for warmer summer days. You can walk many miles of ocean and bayside bike trails. Many restaurants are within walking distance and Coronado Village is only a 15 minute drive.

The Space

The home has an open floorpan with Kitchen, family room, dining room, half bath are on the 2nd floor along with the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms have queen beds and one full bathroom on first floor.

Guest Access

The 2 extra bedrooms are on the first floor. The main bedroom, kitchen, family room and half bath are on the second floor. The rooftop deck is on the 3rd level.

There are beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys and bikes for your use.
