General overview
Such a unique bastide town in a cluster of individual villages in what was called Quercy in Lot et Garonne SW France. This is designed and built to be both accommodating as well as retain all it's French charm.
The space
This is a restored farm building in the village of Beauville, one of many bastide towns in the old 11th century village in Lot et Garonne-Right on the edge of Tarn et Garonne. Each village has its own unique character and history. A nice park is a few buildings down at the end of my street that overlooks the fields and farms and a larger park is in the main square with playgrounds and basketball courts to name a few options. I bought here as it is so unique and retains the charm of old France.Check out more about the area https://www.tourisme-lotetgaronne.com/
Guest access
You enter through the kitchen and can walk up stairs to the sitting area and bedroom combo or continue across the ground floor through a room I use for laundry to access another bedroom up a second set of stairs with bedroom, sitting/ exercise area with elliptical, stationary bike, weights and mat. This room also has two twin beds and is where I put the TV. I just need to get there to decorate it a bit more. Update! Some art is up! More needed tho.
I just purchased this and closed June 5th 2019, so I am offering it in hopes of future exchanges before I even get to live there myself!
Notes
Welcome to a full kitchen for your cooking pleasure with stainless steel and cherry wood counters. The second floor rooms have velux windows, electric shutters. Radiators on the second floors, and heated floors in the kitchen will keep you warm for the winter visits!
