General Overview

A cozy 2 bedroom, two bathroom apartment close to downtown Victoria (half hour walk, 10 minute drive). My place has ground level entry and a nice patio. Very colorful and cheery!

The Space

In suite laundry and all the appliances you need in the kitchen. Small backyard out back is common space. A shower in one bathroom and a shower/bathtub combo in the other. A few plants to take care of both indoor and outdoor. 2 bedrooms of good size with queen beds in both. A gas fireplace for warming in the winter and ground floor keeps it cool in the summer.

Guest Access

There is an elevator for access through the condo buildings front door, or a ground floor entrance through the backyard.

Notes

Quiet neighborhood but on a direct street into town. Close to the Galloping Goose pedestrian/bike trail which runs into downtown.
