General Overview

We absolutely love our Mountain place. In the summer, it's the entrance to Mount Hood hiking, mountain biking, camping and more. In the winter, it's the perfect springboard for snow adventures, a short drive from three premium ski resorts on Mount Hood. Prime location, easy walk to trails, shops & restaurants in Government Camp 'Govy'. The condo is luxurious and a corner suite. It is spacious and comfortable. Includes a private hot tub on the deck, and a heated pool, sauna, gym, and clubhouse shared by the building.

The Space

2,295 SQ: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Majestic view! Large bedrooms, alcove for office/game room. Beautiful spacious 2 bathrooms. Giant primary main suite overlooks Collins Lake, Multorpor Mountain & Skibowl. Primary Suite features fireplace, jacuzzi, heated tile floors and dual shower heads. Second bedroom includes one queen bed and a closet. Third bedroom includes four queen bunk beds (designed for adults), although our kids love them. Clubhouse, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gym. Prime location, easy walk to trails, shops & restaurants. Incredible opportunity!

The condo is all on one level. You enter via a secure garage (there is one parking spot assigned to the unit, and guest spots available). There are stairs and elevators that take guests up to the condo (floor 2 corner unit).

Getting Around

There is a market walking distance to the condo. Additional stores are available a short drive away. We typically stock up on groceries in Sandy Oregon on our way up to the condo. The Govy market is a bit overpriced.

Hi! I have two boys ages 6 and 9 that keep me busy. I travel solo and with the kids. I am Portland Ore based, and eager to expose my boys to international travel. The kids are in Spanish immersion school, so I'll likely prioritize Spanish speaking countries and go from there!
