Big house with many possibilities. Exellent for big/several familys with kids. Nice garden with trampoline and slide. Playroom in livingroom.

The main floor contains 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, hall, kitchen and livingroom with a playroom. Second floor contains two bedrooms and one small TV room(chromecast). In the basement there is a livingroom with Dart game, laundry room and a bathroom. Possible to lay on matresses on the floor at two of the bedrooms, if you need more beds.

Neighbourhood
There are alot of playgrounds, kindergartens and schools that children can play in (outdoor) after 4.30 PM and in weekends. We live 3 min walking from Stokkelandsvannet, Which is a water you can walk around (4 km). There are many hiking opportunities in the area.

Sola Flyplass, Stavanger
Getting around
There is 10 minutes walking to nearest busstop and 15 minutes walking to the trainstation. Its a 20 minutes train ride too Stavanger. You can easy travel around with public transport.
