Max 2 Adults Welcome to our bright and cozy 1-bedroom + loft penthouse condo in the heart of Singapore’s city fringe. We’re less than a 5-minute walk from Aljunied MRT, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Our home is filled with natural light and has been thoughtfully set up for both comfort and work. While the photos show two beds, we’ve since updated the space: there is now one comfortable double bed in the main bedroom, and the second room has been transformed into a dedicated work-from-home office. You’ll also enjoy fantastic amenities in the building: five swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, tennis court, and BBQ pits for evenings in. Just across the street, you’ll find a lively hawker centre with endless local food options to explore. Our home is also shared with two incredibly sweet and affectionate cats. They are a joy to be around, and we welcome guests who enjoy feline company. All they need is a little love and feeding twice a day. We’d love to share our home with fellow travelers who will enjoy the space, the cats, and the vibrant neighborhood as much as we do!
