Neighbourhood

Excellent market (better than Les Lices, we swear) on Wednesday mornings. Otherwise, you can also go to Les Lices on Saturday morning (it's further). Residential area, airy, with many parks and playgrounds. Excellent local market on Wednesdays, plus the famous Lices market in the city center on Saturdays. It is a very quiet neighborhood, with many parks and playgrounds.

Getting around

Convenience stores (bakery, grocery store) are within walking distance. A larger supermarket 15 minutes away, or 5 minutes by bike (provided). There are two bus lines 5-10 minutes away, and the metro 10 minutes away. Once again, we recommend cycling to get around the city center (everything is accessible in 15-20 minutes). Everything you need (bakery, supermarket) is around. To go to the city center, you may use the bus or subway, circa 10 minutes from our place. But we encourage you to use our bikes: everything in Rennes is at most 20 minutes away with bikes!
