General Overview

Family home in a quiet area in Lund, but close to everything!

The Space

A cozy 115 m2 house. 4 bedrooms, a lovely backyard with a patio, a little playhouse for the kids as well as a wonderful solarium. Access to a charcoal grill and our bikes are available for lending.

Guest Access

There is one bedroom on the lower floor, and three bedrooms up the stairs on the upper floor. We have small bathrooms on both floors.

Neighbourhood

This is a quiet area with a lot of families. So expect a lot of green areas, playgrounds and soccer pitches. Nöbbelövs mosse, a popular nature reserve, is nearby which is a nice walking/jogging area.

Getting Around

The nearest bus stop is a 1 minute walk from our house (50 m) and the train station is a 4 minute walk (200 m). The bus takes you to downtown Lund in 13 minutes but the train takes you there in only 3 minutes! You can also reach downtown Malmö in under 20 minutes from our doorstep. Copenhagen airport is reachable in well under an hour and downtown Copenhagen in just over an hour. Very easy! The nearest shop is a 10 minute walk from our house.
