frI am a semi-retired, businesswoman and independent, for whom travel has been part of my life since I am passionate about art, exchanges between cultures, nature, travel and floristry. I open my house as an exchange with Italy, Croatia, France, Greece, Australia, New Zealand, preferably near the sea. I have no exchange experiences since I acquired my home (old presbytery from 1922) in 2022. Completely renovated, my house can sleep up to 10 people: 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 solariums , garden in the making near amenities and a magnificent café/creamery called Maison Lou. Very respectful of the property of others, my cat-free and non-smoking house is impeccable. Modern fully renovated kitchen in December 22, and new ceramic bathroom renovated in January 23, each room is furnished with mid-century furniture or antiques to reflect the beauty of different interior design styles. Located in the mountains of the Matapédia Valley in Quebec, a few km from the famous Reford Garden recognized worldwide, between the St. Lawrence River and the Baie des Chaleurs, the house is a heritage jewel of Gaspésie. You can practice hiking, biking, deep-sea fishing or simply visit the Gaspésie peninsula. I leave my 7-passenger vehicle at your disposal as part of a simultaneous exchange of course. A reliable person is your available for any kind of need. Looking forward to welcoming you to my home. May I invite you to visit the website of Le lièvre à vélo bed and breakfast in Sayabec, which is my main residence. www.lelievreabicyclette.com is waiting for you.
