General Overview

Our primary home is in the central part of Vienna, close to Belvedere, some other parks, shops. Located on the top floor of a nicely renovated building with elevator

The Space

Living room with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on one floor. It's a maisonette with an internal 2nd floor where you can work, go out to the balcony and even take a rest as we also put 1 bed+ 1 matrace there even if the 2nd floor has no separated room.

Getting to my home

Arrival by car: street parking is available, but most probably you have to make some rounds to find place. I would suggest to use P+R at the border of the city and use public ttansport. Arrival by plane: Do not take CAT, but take the normal train RJX (Railjet), having a stop at Hauptbahnhof. It takes ca 15 minutes by train to get there and costs around 4 EUR. From there we are within short walking distance.

Getting Around

We are almost at the entrance of a tube station U1, so you can decide to take the tram, the tube or to walk to Naschmarkt, Stephansplatz, Karlsplatz, Opera etc. Many shops are around us, you can take fresh bakery products from the ground floor bakery.

Friendly Hungarian family, living at 2 locations: Budapest (Budaörs) and Vienna. We have 2 sons, we use leisure time to spend as much as possible time together with them. We love travelling, but we have quite limited time, so this is the highlight in each year when we can devote time for getting to know new places.
