The flat is ideally located to access Nunhead easily with a section of local coffee shops, pizza, fishmonger and gift shops. The wider Peckham area and the popular Bellenden road is also a short walk away with a local Butcher, resturants, pubs, wine bar and gift shops.
There are brilliant local amenities, bars and fooderies nearby with both Bellenden Road and Nunhead Village particularly worth a browse in the evenings and on the weekend.
Nunhead Cemetery is a beautiful woodland oasis, within walking distance from the house, with amazing views across the city skyline. The brilliant green spaces of Peckham Rye Park and Common and Telegraph Hill, are close by and convenient for dog walkers and children.
Peckham is well-known for its food scene with a vast array of independent restaurants, bars and cafes, including perennial local favourites Forza Wine, Levan, Artusi and Kudu, as well as Frank’s rooftop bar, Peckham Levels and the Bussey Building, which attract crowds from across the city.
Getting to my home
Gordon Road is excellently located for those that need access to The City and West End – with regular services to London Victoria, London Bridge and Blackfriars from Peckham Rye station (0.5 miles), as well as additional services from Queens Road station (0.5 miles) and Nunhead station (0.6 miles). There are brilliant local amenities, bars and fooderies nearby with both Bellenden Road and Nunhead Village particularly worth a browse in the evenings and on the weekend.
