Hastings-Sunrise is a beautiful and walkable community. 2 blocks to a park, 4 blocks to the ocean. Many amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Walk to multiple craft beer breweries. This is the friendliest and best neighbourhood in Vancouver. Close to “little italy”, Commercial Drive.

Getting Around

Buses stop right outside of our door. 10 minute bus to downtown. Short drive to the North Shore. Easy access to the highway to the B.C. interior or to Whistler.
