General overview

We would like to exchange our 4-bedroom second home located on the edge of Lac Etchemin.
 There is also a spa and swimming in the lake possible with a small beach. We have 2 kayaks, paddle board, pedal boat. It is a quiet and peaceful place located near the village where there is also a small water park called Eco-Parc. Our house is very well suited for families. There are various board games and outdoor games. A folding playpen and extra bed if needed. There is also Mont-Orignal less than 10 minutes away and several hiking trails nearby. Pets and smoke prohibited. We are also SuperHost on RBNB, the calendar is not up to date and may vary depending on our booking.

The space

The 4 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and double sofa bed in the living room. Very well equipped for the family including a small transition bed and crib (folding playpen). Several indoor and outdoor games. A safe place with a large lot. A small quiet beach on the edge of the water for swimming with beach toys. There is also a spa. We have 2 kayaks, paddle board, pedal boat. It is a quiet and peaceful place located near the village where there is also a small water park named Eco-Parc. Less than 10 minutes from Mont Orignal and the golf course. Several walking trails nearby. Pets and smoke prohibited. We are also SuperHost on RBNB, the calendar is not up to date write to me, because availability changes quickly in high season according to our reservations.
