We live on the bank of a lake overlooking ten acres of communal green space. We have an abundance of nature on our doorstep with beautiful dog walks right out the door, including the Malvern Hills only 10 minutes away. We are on the edge of Worcester, a Cathedral city with plent of history, riverside walks, great independent restaurants.
This is a quirky newbuild home with lots of space in the kitchen to eat together, a good-sized living room with large TV which is ideal for watching films, and enough space for a family of 4 to stay comfortably.
(the house could possibly support a baby in a travel cot (not supplied) in the upstairs fourth bedroom/office.)
The space
Our home has four bedrooms (one is used as an office) with a large family bathroom and an ensuite for the master. We have quirky, homemade style, so you will find custom-built furniture, walls you can draw on, stickers and fun in every room.
Downstairs there is a large kitchen diner, large living room and a second office, with a cloakroom, utility and Garden with a self-built deck area and patio.
We have a relaxed home where watching a film all cuddled up on the sofa and sitting around the kitchen table together is at the heart of our home.
Guest access
Two floors, there are no bedrooms on the ground floor so not suitable for wheelchair users, however the ground floor is accessible, including a large downstairs toilet with plenty of space to transfer from a chair.
Notes
We have a floofy dog who is making a lot of cameo appearances in our house photos, so we don't mind furry friends coming to stay, provided they are well behaved.
There are three bikes in the garage you are welcome to use, and an electric barbecue.
We have a spare fridge and freezer in our garage to use for chilling drinks if needed.

Neighbourhood
We living on a new-build housing estate, so the neighbours are relatively close, but we are right on the edge with unobstructed views over the green space and lake. There is a fish and chip shop and a newsagent a ten minute walk, and a supermarket (Aldi) a 7 minute drive away. Worcester is a ten minute drive, or a 10 minute bus ride into the beautiful Riverside city.
Getting to my home
We are 10 minutes off the M5, junction 7, or the nearest train station is Worcester Foregate Street, or Worcestershire Parkway.
Nearest airport
Birmingham International is 45 mins by road, and an hour by train.
