General Overview

Our coastal home for up to 10 Guests is modern and spacious offering 4 bedrooms just 30 metres from the glorious Morecambe Bay/Beach/Coast. In Lancashire the NW region of the UK. It has great access to many local shops/bars/restaurants and the promenade of stunning Morecambe Bay. Its located only a 10 minute drive to historic Lancaster City It can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has its own private entrance and is set over 3 levels. With a modern kitchen where you can access an outdoor terrace with coastal views (Please note because I require a cleaning firm to manage the laundry etc I require a £50 fee on departure )

The Space

Our Home is on 3 levels with private stairs up to the 1st level. On the 1st level is a spacious landing with a sofa, 4 seater table and an electric piano. There is a large spacious and airy modern kitchen with a large dining table a sofa and a flat screen TV.. There is access from the kitchen rear door to access the outdoor balcony with coastal views and a lovely family area for dining. There is a single room and there is also a family room on this 1st level which offers a double bed and single bunk bed. Stairs up to the second level. Here there is a specious landing with snuggle chair and work space. There is the family bathroom on this level a spacious and airy lounge. There is a double bedroom with king size bed. There are stairs up to the 3rd level with a double and a single bed.

Guest Access

Guests have there own private entrance with stairs up to the first level landing

Notes

A £50 cleaning feewill be required from guests.(and our home to be left as you find it please) This is a great property with lots of space and flexibility for a comfortable and memorable stay in the coastal town of Morecambe . Only a 25 minute drive to the Lake District. Myself as a host have great knowledge of the local area and the Lake District National park.

Neighbourhood

A pleasant neighborhood with lots of old fisherman's cottages and a small convenience store. Only a few metres from the promenade offering lots of restaurants and Bars and a glorious promenade with miles of gorgeous coastal scenery

Getting to my home

Nearest airport is Manchester or Liverpool. There is a direct train from Manchester airport which runs hourly to Lancaster where you change to get a train to Morecambe. 6 Eden Bay is a10 minute walk from the train station. By Car exit M6 at J34 and take the Bay Gateway to Morecambe

Nearest airport

Manchester airport is 1 hour drive away or 1.5 hours on train. Liverpool Airport is 1 hour drive away

Getting Around

There are regular buses on the promenade to Lancaster and Heysham and to the Lake District. You can also get a bus to historic Lancaster city half hourly. Regular trains from Morecambe to Lancaster where you can join the Northern Mainline with strong links north to Edinburgh and Glasgow and south to Manchester Birmingham and London
