Neighbourhood
Our condo is located in Tahoe Village- you can ski in/ski out during the winter, and during the summer and fall you are steps away from incredible hiking trails, including the Tahoe Rim trail. There are numerous different hikes you can take without ever using your car, many with great views of Lake Tahoe.
The Tahoe Village homeowner's association also has a pool and spa (hot tub) walking distance down the street.
The condo is located steps away from the Boulder and Stagecoach lifts at Heavenly.
Nearest airport
The Reno airport is closest but still about an hour away, or you can drive in from other large cities in Northern California- Sacramento (About 2 hours), San Francisco (about 4 hours).
Getting around
A rental car is definitely easiest. There is some transit, but it can be quite limited. Ride share services like Uber are available here as well.
