General overview
Howdy there, pardner! Welcome to our cozy townhouse with a wrap around deck that boasts some mighty fine views of Helena! Yeehaw, this place is the real deal, offering the best of both worlds. You're close to the capital and all the attractions, yet still have trails to mount ascension right on our street. This is the perfect spot to catch every Big Sky sunset and enjoy the true Montana experience!
Now, let me tell you about all the other fun things to do around here. You can hike both Mount Ascension and Mount Helena, go mountain biking on 70+ miles right from the city and explore the historic downtown and mansion district. But that ain't all! We also got a walking mall with some of the best food options in town, so you can satisfy your belly after a long day of adventuring. There are plenty of breweries as well for beer lovers!
But wait, there's more! You can also go fishing in the world renowned Missouri river or in one of the 3 lakes within 30min drive where you can also go swimming, boating etc.
You can even try your luck at gold panning!
And when the sun sets, you can kick back on the deck with a cold drink in hand and take in the breathtaking views of the Montana sky.

The space
Welcome to our townhouse! The entry level has a family room with a sectional (Can sleep extra people if needed on inflatable air mattress)
and also has a full bathroom.
Upstairs, you'll find an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area that opens to a wrap-around deck. There are two bedrooms - a master with a king-sized bed, TV, and vanity, and another with a full crib (and queen-sized air mattress if needed) A full bathroom and washer/dryer complete the space.
The dining area can seat 6-7 people, and the living room has a reclining sofa, love seat, and large flat-screen TV.
Guest access
We've got everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! You'll find extra sheets, towels, toiletries, and all kitchen essentials, including spices, oils, and more.
Please keep in mind that there's a wood stove and two locked storage rooms on the entry level, as well as a locked garage. We kindly ask that you refrain from using the wood stove during your stay. Additionally, there are two parking spots - one at the bottom of the driveway and one at the top in front of the garage. Please note that our driveway is quite steep, so if it's snowy or icy, we recommend parking in the lower spot or on the street for safety reasons.

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is filled with beauty and a great trail system just 2 min. walk away.
Helena is known for the trails for mountain bikers and hikers.
It's a 5 min drive you the grocery store, the capital, restaurants and Starbucks!
5 min drive to downtown with a outdoor walking mall.
There are several great lakes to visit in the Helena area such as Canyon Ferry Lake, Hauser Lake, and Spring Meadow.
The closest Ski Resort (Great Divide) is a 45min drive but there are several others for example Bridger Bowl a little further away.
We are about 3 hours from Yellowstone National Park and 3.5 hours from Glacier National Park.
Helena is the perfect middle place for Yellow Stone(2.5 Hrs) and Glacier(4Hrs). Many people also travel here to enjoy day trips for skiing and snowboarding.
Helena if full of extra friendly people that like to meet newcomers, you feel right at home in our part of town!
Getting to my home
Our house is a 15 min drive from the airport, easy to find!
Nearest airport
Helena Regional Airport(HLN) is our airport, Bozeman (BZN) airport is 1.5 hours drive.
Getting around
For staying in Helena we recommend renting a car to get around and seeing everything Montana has to offer.
We are located a little up the hill from downtown - biking is still possible but it’s uphill on the way back.
