General Overview
Beautiful mountain home within minutes of world class ski resort and bike park
The Space
Our home is on 2 acres and surrounded by huge red cedars and fir trees. We have 2 bedrooms upstairs and one large bedroom downstairs. There are 2 bathrooms, huge deck overlooking the mountains and trees, and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy warm at night.
Guest Access
The kitchen and living room are separated by 2 steps. The downstairs bedroom is down 10 steps. Because we live in the mountains we get our fair share of snow so there is a snow plough available to use.
Notes
We warm our house almost solely by wood heat. We will have the wood shed stocked for the winter season.
Also we rent out our basement suite to a very lovely, quiet couple.

Walking trails steps from our home. We are 10 minutes from silverstar resort and 10 minutes from city amenities.

You will need a vehicle. We do have a Subaru Outback that we are willing to include in house swap
