General overview
We love being at home, it is a very warm home with everything you need to live peacefully.
It is our little house, where we spend time watching movies, the children have fun with their friends in the green areas, it feels like a town within the big city.
Our house is located within a subdivision, which makes it quieter, especially since it is in a not-so-noisy area.
The space
Our house is on two floors, on the ground floor we have a half bathroom, a room with a 65" TV where you can watch Netflix, TV, YouTube, some games, it has a sound system so you can enjoy the movies like in the cinema. The dining room is for 6 people, full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook, as well as your refrigerator and microwave.
In the patio you will find the washing machine, household cleaning utensils, bikes and space to hang clothes.
Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and one with a king size bed, its own bathroom and closet.
Another full bathroom is shared by the other bedrooms.
The main one has a balcony, so you will have a view of the green areas and part of the subdivision.
Guest access
Our house is two stories, and there are stairs to go up to bedrooms, so consider this for people with limited mobility.
Notes
For access to the subdivision it is only with a key or control, so it is important to coordinate the delivery of them, otherwise you will have to wait for someone to enter or leave

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is a small-town style, with cobbled streets, shops, Oxxo, purifying, laundry, hairdressers, street markets on Sundays, schools, and on weekends you will find several places to eat at a low cost both during the day and at night. .
It is not a luxurious neighborhood at all, and this makes it accessible in costs but with the convenience that you can enter the city movement in a few minutes.
Getting to my home
Getting home from the airport is quick by car, Uber or even some truck route, although it takes more time and if you bring several things with you it is not as viable.
Close to home we have a bus route that connects to the center of Tlaquepaque and Guadalajara, or to a light rail station. Or if you like to walk, you can get to the bus station, from which you can take the light rail and connect with the entire city.
Nearest airport
The Guadalajara airport is close to home, in time everything will depend on the time you travel due to traffic but approximately 25-30 minutes.
Getting around
Around the subdivision you will easily find stores, there are several very close. Or an Oxxo 24 hours.
Also in the morning there are some places where you can find food and at night. Especially on Friday, Saturday and Sunday... Leaving the subdivision there are several: tacos, pozole, sopes, flautas, quesadillas, menudo, chicken, seafood, toast, drowned cakes, prepared vegetables, and more.
