General overview

My flat is very sunny and cosy. I live here with my 9 y.o daughter Sarah :)

The space

There is a double living-room with a dining space and a "TV-sofa" space, 2 sleeping rooms (mine with a king-size bed and my daughter's with 2 bunkbeds), 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. In the living-room, there's a workplace for remote work with a very good WiFi. All the flat is very sunny, mostly in the mornings. The balconey is shared by the room and the living-room.

Watch out :) we live at the 4th flour, without elevator, but it's good for the health !

Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is very quiet, quite residential with individual houses and small residential buildings. We have a park down the building for kids.

Getting to my home

It's really easier to reach our place : we live 5 mn from the metro station called Sainte Marguerite Dromel. and from there, the central train station Saint Charles is at 10 mn.

Nearest airport

the nearest Airport is Marseille-Provence Airport - 30 mn driving from home. You can either take the shuttle 30mn and then the tube (10mn) or a taxi/Uber

Getting around

You can find basic shops for essential needs at the entrance of the residence: bakeries, pharmacy, butcher, groceries and a supermarket. But the city center is easily reachable, by walking or by tube.
