Our house is in a very quiet area with a nice view of the hill. We are close to the beaches, the Calanques natural park, Marseille and Cassis. The Côte d'Azur begins in 10 kms, we are still in Provence.

Getting to my home
La Ciotat/Ceyreste has a station where the very first film (Train entering La Ciotat station) was shot by the Lumières brothers in 1896.
Nearest airport
Marseille Provence Airport is one hour away by car.
Getting around
If you do not want to travel by car, the bus passes nearby and in La Ciotat you can visit the green island and the natural park of the Calanques of Cassis and Marseille by boat. There are also very pretty walks in the hills as well as a coastal path from St-Cyr. A soft lane (pedestrian road) exists between La Ciotat/Ceyreste station and the port of La Ciotat.
