Neighbourhood
Thornbury is a safe neighbourhood full of families. It is safe to walk the streets at any time of day or night. We are close to shops, transport and parkland.
Nearest airport
Our home is 20 to 30 minutes by car from Melbourne Tullamarine airport, depending on traffic. You can catch a taxi or a rideshare for between $28 and $45. You can also take the Skybus into the city and catch a tram to our home from there.
Getting Around
We are less than 5 minutes walk from a local shopping strip with supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, cafes, restaurants and bars. There you will find a tram stop where you can take a tram to the city, via Brunswick Street Fitzroy. The train station is a 10 minute walk away.
