The townhouse has 3 floors, ground floor used as an office/study (has a bathroom/utility with basin and dishwasher) and can easily fit an extra bed for the fifth person. First floor has two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms (one ensuite). Second floor is the living/sitting area, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, and large balcony. Third floor is the alfresco area with a fully equipped gas BBQ.

Guest access

The property abuts the road, having it'd own gated entrance. There are 3 floors, all accessible via comfortable staircase and/or an internal lift for 4 people. Access to complex pool and gym and other amenities available.

Notes

All amenities, including kitchen equipment, bedsheets, towels etc will be made available to guests.

Trams No 11 and 48 stop 2 minutes away from The Ideal Location, providing the safest and cheapest access to the City (free transport) and other transport hubs located in the City (train stations).

Melbourne Airport (40 minutes). Cheapest and quickest way to and from Docklands to the Airport is via Skybus/tram or taxi.
