Duo with a midcentury modern Eichler home that sleeps 5-6 in 3 bedrooms. Enclosed yard has hot tub, retro gas fireplace with lounge chairs, hammock, dining table, multiple fruit trees and a swing in our 60-foot pine trees. Sorry, but no dogs or cats in our home and we can’t stay in a house where pets live. 15 minutes to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm, 25 minutes to beaches and whale watching, 45 minutes to LAX airport, 15 minutes to John Wayne Airport (SNA), 60 minutes to Hollywood (Universal Studios), 90 minutes to San Diego. Open to short-term and long-term swaps, especially in California coastal cities, NYC, Western and Central Europe, Japan, Bali, New Zealand, Melbourne during the Australian Open, and any Formula 1 city during a race. Open to other locations as well!
