General overview
Every view from my house is amazing! From the front you have beautiful views of Mount Timpanogos and the Cascade Mountains. From the deck you have a clear view of Utah lake. We have a beautiful garden and yard full of flowers. In the winter we are 15 mins away from the nearest ski resort. We also are in a days travel from many of the famous National Parks like Moab, Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and freeway.
The space
Three bedrooms are located upstairs. Bedroom #1 has a California King Purple Brand bed, TV, Desk space and a master bath with a large tub and shower. Bedroom #2 has two twin size beds and share a bathroom with tub and shower with bedroom #3. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and a baby crib. In the main room of the house there are 14 foot high ceilings and a large room with kitchen and living room space. Connected to the back of the house is a beautiful new deck with a Treager BBQ and hot tub. Perfect for dinner and relaxing.
Downstairs there is a family room with a couch and TV along with a playroom nearby, bathroom and laundry room.

Neighbourhood
Quiet neighbourhood with low traffic. Beautiful landscape beneath the mountains with many mature trees. Nearby parks and walking trails. Grocery stores are 2-5 min away by car.

30 mins from Salt Lake City Airport. Minutes away from the freeway.

Neal and I (Marci) are parents to four darling kids (2) boys and (2) girls ages 8,7,4.1. Neal works from home with a company called Nvidia and I have a small sewing studio where I teach children how to sew. We love to spend time in the mountains nearby in all the Seasons. We love to ski in the winter at the nearby Sundance Ski Resort and in the fall summer and spring we enjoy hiking and mountain biking on the mountain trails. We live in a quiet community and have turned our yard into a beautiful garden. We love growing vegetables, fruits and flowers. We are most proud of our amazing golden raspberries! As a family we love to take short road trips to many of the National Parks nearby and camp in our van.
