It feels like a home. It’s cozy and comfortable! We have a main bedroom and a guest bedroom, with very comfortable beds. Although we like minimalism, we prefer the hugging feeling of decor and plants all around. In summer, our balcony invites you to have a coffee while looking at the Komorebi in the tree in front.
The space
Our apartment is in a post-war building, with short staircases and lower ceilings. This makes it super cozy.
I am a lover of plants and I think they make any space feel homier, therefore, you can find plants in every room in our flat. On that note, our apartment comprises one main bedroom, a guest bedroom, a living room/ dining room, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony. It is around 60m2 so enough space for a couple or even 4 people (we have managed with 5 in the past but it's a bit more crowded).
Our beds are super comfortable and our main bedroom's bed is huge, in case you move around a lot during the night.
Our kitchen is fully equipped which means you can find almost anything you need there. Blender, food processor, water distiller, gas water machine, all pots and pans, baking stuff, and so on.
Guest access
We live on the second floor but due to the short flights of stairs, they are not so difficult. We have 90+-year-old neighbors on the top floors and although with some difficulty, they manage great!
Notes
We have a dog so you are welcome to bring yours here as long as they don't shed. Martin is a Yorkshire terrier and therefore, you can only find some small hairs very seldomly.
This is our primary home and although I do my very very best to leave the apartment super clean (I'm very OCD when I start cleaning), it is not immaculate in all corners. However, as you see it in the pictures is how you get it, everything fresh - linens and towels.

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is called Alt-Treptow and we live on the very border with Neukölln and Kreuzberg... both very different but very sought after by expats. You will find quiet streets in the immediate vicinity with a small green area 1 minute away (for dogs) and 2 supermarkets 2 minutes away.
If you wanna go to Neukolln for some Turkish food and vibe as well as great bars, 3 buses take you there but it is also within walking distance. You'll find Arabic food shops, restaurants, imbisses as well as cozy coffee places here. The old Nazi airport which is now a huge park and great in the summer is close by 5 stops away on the bus.
If you wanna go to Kreuzberg, 3 buses or you can walk there. You can be in the infamous Gorlitzer park within 10 minutes and find around this neighborhood lots of different cuisines, bars, and clubs as well as lots of street art.
Although our neighborhood is quiet and relaxed, everything is super accessible. You'll be in Alexanderplatz in 30 mins (which is super close to Berlin standards) by just taking one bus and one train.
Getting to my home
Berlin is super well connected so you can get to my home by taking a train to Ostkreuz and then a bus that stops 3 minutes away from our place.

Getting around
3 buses are 3 minutes away each, these connect you anywhere. We can also arrange to leave our bikes in the summer.

I can give you tips to great restaurants and bars. I can meet sometimes for a drink or a club night but I normally have a full schedule. If you're happy to join some of my plans, you're also welcome to.

We are a small family of three: Robert (from Berlin, Germany), Pamela (from San Salvador, El Salvador) and Martin (a Yorkie from Malaga, Spain). We live in the bustling and exciting city of Berlin in the best of both worlds… a quiet and calm area in the ring of Berlin but 5 minutes away from the more lively and fast-paced districts.
