Neighbourhood

The house is located just next to the greenway / cycle path along the Arve river. This cycle path is part of the Léman/Mont Blanc route. It is in a dead end, which is reassuring for the children. It is part of a small subdivision of 11 houses. The town center is a 15 minute walk away. A Carrefour supermarket and a pharmacy are 500 m away. Nearby: Lake Geneva (40 mins by car), Lake Annecy (40 mins by car), the ski resorts of Les Carroz and Flaine (20 mins by car, there are also shuttle buses from the station of Cluses), Les Gets (40 mins), La Clusaz, Chamonix, etc... Many possible hikes, Cluses is central, in the middle of the mountains.

The "Cluses" motorway exit is 5 minutes away by car. The nearest airport is Geneva (Switzerland), 45 minutes by car by motorway. Cluses train station is 20 minutes walk from the house.
