Our beautiful barn conversion is set right on the edge of the Pentlands Regional park, with the most stunning views of nature and protected landscape. We are only a short journey to central Edinburgh, with regular buses. Walking distance to a fantastic pub / restaurant and cafe

The space

The house is huge, with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs and downstairs two very large living rooms, a games / music room, 2 more bathrooms and a private yoga / dance studio. Dean is an interior designer for hotels and bars so expect some nice touches! We are very close to Edinburgh - a 10 minute drive to the City centre - but have the most spectacular views as our house is right on the edge of the protected Pentland Hills regional park, with fields (and cows, sheep & wildlife like deer) all around.
