General Overview

The apartment is very bright with a magnificent panoramic view of the main monuments of Paris. There are some very beautiful sunsets as well. We are a family of four including two children aged 12 and 14. We have already done apartment exchanges in the past and it went very well. We will take care of your home as much as you would like yours to be taken care of. We also have a cottage in Normandy in the woods in a beautiful village by the sea, Varengeville sur mer, available for exchanges if you wish.

The Space

Very comfortable and bright family apartment. The apartment has three bedrooms, one of which has a shower and sink. There is a bathroom and an open kitchen. The apartment is located in the lively Belleville district (north-east of Paris) in a quiet street on the 12th floor of a building whose main orientation is South-West. Two metro lines (2 and 11) are a 5-minute walk away and you can discover many neighborhoods in the surrounding area on foot or by bike. There is a caretaker in the building.
