General overview
The apartment is very bright with a magnificent panoramic view of the main monuments of Paris.
There are also very beautiful sunsets.
We are a family of four including two children aged 11 and 13.
We have done apartment swaps in the past and it went very well. We will take care of your home as much as you would like us to take care of yours.
The space
Very comfortable and bright family apartment.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one of which has a shower and sink. There is a bathroom and an open kitchen.
The apartment is located in the lively district of Belleville (north east of Paris) in a quiet street on the 12th floor of a building whose main orientation is South-West.
Two metro lines (2 and 11) are a 5-minute walk away and many neighborhoods can be explored on foot or by bike. There is a caretaker in the building.
