General overview

Welcome to Wallingford/Fremont!! We are offering our primary residence which is a 3 bedroom (2 bedrooms + a nursery) townhome with a balcony and small patio. We love our home because of the great location. You can easily walk to the Fremont or Wallingford main drag and discover wonderful Happy Hours or you can take the Burke Gilman trail for a long walk or bike ride. Even better, Gasworks Park is just two blocks away - there you can launch a paddleboard into Lake Union or enjoy a sunset picnic. Our townhouse is well equipped for remote workers with two work stations in one of the bedrooms. If you have a little one, we recently welcomed a daughter so have a nursery set up on the same floor as our bedroom. We have a small patio where you can sip your morning coffee on a warm morning and a small backyard area where you can warm yourself next to our firepit on the cool evenings. Though it is compact, we think the space is just enough!
