General overview

*currently looking for a swap with rural WA, OR or CO home in July preferably for the whole month. Hand crafted interiors by my husband, our home has a sweet, cozy, artist vibe. It is located on a beautiful canyon park and is just 3-5 min drive to iconic Encinitas/Cardiff beaches. *We are open to car exchange too. 10 min to Lego Land, less than 2h to Disney Land. On a cul de sac where ton a kids a playing till late. We have an outdoor kitty, a turtle, a snake, a gecko and a fish tank for the animal lovers. Piano and guitars for the musicians.
