We have recently refurbished our 4 bed house and it is now all oak and open plan living. We have a fabulous large garden with play area, fruit trees to climb (and eat) and sun all day long (when it shines). Garden sofa and large gas bbq. In case of rain, we have a kids playroom too!
We live in a lovely village with great pubs, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. And with quick access to Glasgow (10min) and Loch Lomond (45mins). Its only 50min train journey to Edinburgh too!
The space
2 single bedrooms (also a pull out bed if needed) and family bathroom upstairs.
1 Super King size bedroom and 1 double bedroom downstairs with a spacious shower room.
Open plan kitchen, dining room and living space. The dining table sits 6 or when extended up to 10.
Kids playroom with own TV, sofa and a lot of toys!! E.g. Cars, dolls, barbies, remote control robots and lots of lego!
Office space in corner of double bedroom.
Electric car charger.
Manual petrol car available for home swaps.
Guest access
2 floors, only 2 steps to access ground floor so is suitable for those with restricted mobility.
Notes
We have a large driveway which can fit 3 cars and our own electric car charger.
We can arrange a car swap with or without childrens car seats (manual petrol, 5seater) as well if desired.
Due to our son having asthma, we are a very allergy aware household so no pets or carpets.

Neighbourhood
Lovely neighbourhood with easy access to everything you need. The Lenzie Moss is a beautiful walking circuit just on our doorstep with families of deer living there.
Lenzie train station is 10mins away and local shops, pubs, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
Nearest airport
We are just 20minutes from Glasgow Airport by taxi, or you can take a bus from airport to centre and a bus straight from central drop off to the bottom of our street.
Edinburgh Airport is only 45minutes by car.
Getting around
We are a 10minute walk to the train station and buses go from end of street.
Restaurants, bars and coffee shops within 15minute walk.
