This is our small, yet functional kitchen. It has everything you need including a Vitamix, water boiler, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, recycling center and huge windows for lots of natural light.

Costa da Caparica - this beach is only an 8 minute drive or 20 minute bus ride from our apartment.
Parque da Paz - this is a 15 minute walk from our apartment. It's a huge park in the middle of the city and my favorite place to go for a walk and be in nature. It has a duck pond, soccer fields, kiosk for drinks/snacks, the Almada Green Market and lots of walking trails. You can even walk through here to get to the huge mall - Almada Forum.

Cacilhas lighthouse - this is right by the ferry station where you can take an 8 minute ferry to downtown Lisbon. You can get to the Cacilhas ferry station by walking 15 minutes or taking a tram (6 minutes) from our apartment.
This is a cute plaza in Cova da Piedade, where you will find adorable buildings and lots of street art and murals nearby. You can walk here in 10 minutes from our apartment.
This green area with a view of the Arrabida hills/forest in the background is a 3 minute walk from our apartment.
The ferry on its way back to Almada from Lisbon - it's a very iconic boat!
Viewpoint in Principe Real in Lisbon - one of my favorite places to hang out especially to see the sunset.
Pena Palace in Sintra - this is a must-visit when in the area. Sintra is a magical fairytale-like village that can be reached via train or car from our apartment.

Parque Eduardo VII - one of my favorite spots in Lisbon. It's a great place to hang out, stop at a kiosk for a refreshment and enjoy the views. You can also go to Estufa Fria right by here to see Jurassic Park style plants and Estufa Fria is FREE on Sundays!
Praca do Comercio - you can walk here from the ferry station in Lisbon.
Rossio square - stop here for iconic views of Lisbon
Rua Augusta arch - hang out at Praca do Comercio and then walk through this arch down Rua Augusta to Rossio square!
Santa Justa lift -you can take this from Chiado to Principe Real to save yourself the work of walking up the hills!
