General overview
Ours is a newly renovated apartment with a large terrace surrounded by greenery. You will be on the first floor of a building on a quiet street, right in the center of Bologna and within walking distance from the train station.
The space
We have furnished our apartment with great care and attention to detail, it is modern and has lots of lovely natural light. The environments that compose it are:
An open space lounge and living room area, a kitchen with a small island perfect for breakfast or a quick meal, studio area, two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
In the centre of Bologna large terraces are extremely rare so our urban terrace is our pride and joy: enjoy eating outside, use the barbecue or simply lie on the sofa whilst planning your holiday!
The house has underfloor heating and air conditioning. You will have access to free high speed wifi connection everywhere including the terrace.

Neighbourhood
Bologna is a great city: full of music, activism and underground culture, it's also the quintessential food capital of Italy and the perfect base for visiting the country. By train you are only 35 minutes away from Florence, 1 hour from Milan, 1.5 hours from Venice, 2 hours and 15 minutes from Rome and 3.5 from Naples.
Also it is one of the most well preserved medieval city centres and home to the oldest university in the Western world! (1088 Ad).
We love hosting people from all over the world. We speak Italian and English fluently. We know Bologna very well, as well as its many underground realities. If you like, we will happily share our tips on where to go to discover the things that interest you most: from art, to the best food, to shopping, to nightclubs to music venues and other fun places in the city.
