Beach side home with a short 4 minute to Casuarina beach and located near seaside village of Kingscliff. Kingscliff is on the border of NSW and QLD close the the famous Gold Coast. Also close by is the Tweed river for those who want to enjoy kayaking or SUP.

Fully fenced Beach house only a short 4 minute stroll to the beach. Modern single-story spacious home. Three bedrooms with 1 King Bed and 1 with Queen bed. The third bedroom has a single bed. At the centre of the home is a large modern Kitchen and open plan sitting room that flows out to the large, covered deck. . The deck features its own outdoor kitchen, seating and lounge area overlooking the pool.

We are a retired couple with family in Ireland, England and the USA. We have a home in the lovely Northern NSW town of Kingscliff. Only a 4-minute stroll to the beach and 15 minutes to the Gold Coast Airport of Coolangatta. Walk to local restaurants, tavern and cafes. Byron Bay is a 30 minute drive away or the Gold Coast for an exciting range of destinations.
