General overview
1900 square foot apartment with two sizeable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Third bedroom is being used as an office. Large living room and dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. Regent's Park is across the street and the master bedroom has a park view. Perfectly located between Primrose Hill, St. John's Wood and across the park from Marylebone.
** This profile is a WIP! I'm brand new to house swapping so just wanted to get this setup but will work on getting interior photos and more description into the profile this weekend! Thank you for bearing with me!**
Guest access
The apartment is on the third floor and there is a small (but modern!) lift from the front door to the flat so it is possible to access the flat with only a couple of steps in the front.
Notes
My family has owned this flat for over 15 years so we are deeply knowledgeable about the area and the building. Stockleigh Hall does not allow for short term rentals but does allow for house swaps so there are no STRs in the building.
We can't do any home swaps this summer between May and September as we have family visiting and are then doing renovations on the flat.

Getting around
There is a 274 bus that stops right in front of the flat, and there are lots of buses and tube options within a 15 minute walk from the flat. The downside to being in the middle of two parks is that you're a bit of a walk from any of the transport, but the 274 does connect you to tubes so if you don't want to walk that will drop you in front of tubes either east or west.
My preferred transport is to walk to Chalk Farm which is about a 15ish minute walk from my front door but takes you through Primrose Hill park, through the high street where I usually pick up a great coffee and then into the tube. St. John's Wood tube station is a bit closer, but the walk is through the neighborhood and the high street which is just a bit less scenic than a 7 minute stroll through the park.
You can also take the 274 from the front door to Baker Street station (which is about a 10 minute journey on the bus) which connects you to the jubilee, circle, bakerloo and hammersmith and city lines.

"Was born in NYC and went to Columbia (but grew up in London) so have a lot of friends and family there. Always looking for chances to go stay in my favourite city."
