General overview
My home is my beach retreat, located on the third floor. The apartment is modern with an open plan living area which has an uncluttered feel. A well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, eating area both inside and on the balcony for those tuck-in barbecue meals. A ceiling heater when the nights are a little cool and your not quite ready to step inside will keep you toasty warm.
A full size modern bathroom with bathtub to soak and a well equipped washroom with dryer.
Both bedrooms have king size beds with comfortable mattress to guarantee the best sleep.
The space
Mantra,The Observatory is located opposite the city’s most popular town beach just a short riverside stroll to town centre.
I love where I live as not only does it have amazing views of the ocean, the apartment balconies overlook a serene and popular green park.
The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet for restful nights and peaceful sleeping.
For those who want to experience the restaurants, stroll the popular Breakwall, share a cocktail do some people watching, a ten minute walk will get you there.
Undercover security parking and a popular barbecue area out back with convenient kitchen for guests.
The health-giving properties of a swimming pool, spa bath and sauna to refresh the body is at hand.
Port Macquarie is a popular tourist destination for families and couples. Whatever you want for your next holiday, bush walking, fishing, snorkeling,checking out op-shops or heading out to catch a wave at one of our many patrolled beaches, port will not disappoint you. A temperate climate through out the year to please all the visiting guests.

Warren
Warren is a retired teacher who loves travel and new experiences. He keeps fit by swimming, walking and the occasional round of golf. Juliana is a retired nurse, baker and public servant who teaches dance and who has travelled widely in Australia in a motor home.
We both have our own residences so are able to swap non-simultaneously if preferred. We both like cooking and eating and walking in the outdoors.
