General overview

Our home is a lovely character house that has been modernly renovated. We are the main level and attic (there are tenants in the basement suite downstairs.) The main level is has two bedrooms, bathroom, dining room, living room and kitchen. The attic upstairs is an additional playroom/bedroom. We have a private backyard with a garden, deck, gas fire pit, and children's play structure. There are raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries, as well as different vegetables that grow in the garden during the summer.
