General overview

This 150 year old home has been expanded and upgraded over the seven decades my family has owned it. It contains collections of original art and very pleasing decor. Four bedrooms, two baths, expansive kitchen, formal dining room, two living rooms, laundry, two porches, outdoor table/chairs, two porches, firepit.

The space

In addition to the house, you have access to the one car garage. Don't need four bedrooms? There is also a condo with one queen size bedroom above the carriage barn. It is "The Loft at Hobble Inn", a well equipped condo for two people. Onsite parking for one car only.

Guest access

There are two floor in the home. One bedroom with one twin size bed, and a bathroom are on the main floor. Three bedrooms and bath are on the second floor.

Getting to my home

GPS will get you to 5 Pleasant Street, Stowe, VT. There is no on street parking in the neighborhood. There is a one car garage and room for one car only, in the driveway.

Nearest airport

Burlington International Airport (BTV) is 40 minutes away. Plenty of rental car companies are onsite.

Getting around

The house is one block from Main Street. You will need a car, however, as there is no public transportation.

Greetings from the historic village of Stowe, Vermont, USA! This quaint New England town is a world class four season resort. My childhood home, Hobble Inn, is a short term rental property. I was married two years ago TODAY! I moved to my husband's house, and have made my place available. hobbleinn.com to see photos. It is located in a quiet historic neighborhood just one block from Main Street, the rec path, elementary school, library, art center, ski and snowboard museum, post office, cafe's, restaurants, and of course.... shopping! It's also just seven miles to the ski area, Stowe Mountain Resort.
