General overview
We live in Del Mar/San Diego, California. Our neighborhood is incredibly safe, easy to navigate, with fantastic hiking, surfing, and beach-relaxing. We're a 15 minute drive to the incredible San Diego Zoo, Legoland, and city nightlife. Del Mar is known for impeccable beaches and horse racing, our town motto is Where the Surf Meets the Turf!
The space
The house has lots of windows and the ocean is visible from most of the upstairs.
We have two living rooms, each with its own fireplace and cozy reading spots.
The master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, along with the kitchen and an extra half bath.
Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and a bonus room, plus two more bathrooms. There is a fenced grassy back yard.

Neighbourhood
The neighborhood is residential, but you can walk down the hill to countless great restaurants (peruvian, izakaya, steaks, pizza) and adorable boutiques. You can also walk to the stunning Torrey Pines State Beach.
Getting to my home
We are less than 5 minutes from the freeway which takes you directly to the heart of San Diego: airport, marinas, Balboa Park, zoo, nightlife.
Nearest airport
San Diego International Airport is about a 20 minute drive.
Getting around
If you don't mind the hill, you can walk to town or the beach in about 20 mins, or it's a 5 min drive.
