General overview
The views and location of this large ranch are what keeps me coming home! Door to door, whether by car or bike, Colorado’s largest no-wake zone reservoir is only 5 minutes away.
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with large yard and outbuildings and gorgeous Mountain View’s.
The space
This ranch style home, has the master bedroom with ensuite bath and two bedrooms on the main floor. There is an office with docking station and monitor in the sunroom. In the basement there is a small kitchen for entertaining, entertainment center, pool table and darts, two additional bedrooms, laundry room and bathroom.
There are two heated garages, one attached, one detached with gym and sauna. I also have three large decks, one gas fit bit, one wood fire pit and clean/maintained hot tub.

My home is about an hour drive from Denver International Airport. Located about 15 minutes to the nearest interstate.
