General overview
We have a traditional house, with spacious and comfortable rooms. We have hot water services all day, Wi-Fi, cable TV, stoves... A garden of flowers and native plants of the Andes... where many hummingbirds come... especially between the months of October to March! April to September is the season without rain... it is when the garden rests...
The space
It is an oasis of green in the city, more than 500 square meters in the residential neighborhood of Wanchaq. Very close we have typical restaurants, neighborhood stores, supermarkets, banks, etc. We are located in the north center of the city, in a very safe neighborhood where getting around on foot or in a taxi that costs less than 2 US dollars (5 Peruvian soles - PEN) is possible 24 hours a day.

The house has two floors, in the first there are three bedrooms that directly overlook the garden, the living room, the dining room, which are very spacious and equipped, the kitchen that is at your disposal... in addition to a garden where there is a barbecue or grill and even a wood oven... and of course a place to make a fire and sit around having a glass of wine or pisco sour!
Notes
We have two adorable little dogs: Tina and Chaska... They are both of the "viringo" breed, the ancient breed of dogs from the Incas... which are now almost on the brink of extinction!
