Located in a quiet street in South Cronulla ( a beachside suburb of Sydney) with less than a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and Esplanade coastal walk . On opening the door you find a beautiful home with everything you need to be comfortable .
15 minute easy walk or bus ,from the end of the street will take you to the train station which can have you at Sydney harbour 40-50 minute Cronulla has the only beaches in Sydney where the train goes direct.
A walk to the local ferry can take you around the beautiful Port Hacking waterways and over to the Royal National Park for more beaches or hiking .
The space
3 bedroom main with ensuite and queen bed .
Second bedroom has a double bed and 3rd bedroom has a single fold out sofa chair which is extremely comfortable to sleep on .
Upstairs the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom . There is also a large main bathroom with bath and seperate walk in shower.
Downstairs is a powder room .
Kitchen has everything you need ... smeg oven and dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine along with many other smaller appliances that you might need .
Courtyard has an under cover outdoor spa and barbecue .

Sydney’s main airport is 30 minute car ride away . The train from the airport is a direct line to Cronulla .

We are slow flat 15 minute walk to Cronulla shopping street or a bus leaves the end of our street every 30 minutes .
Best restaurant in Cronulla and a lovely coffee shop are at the end of the street a one minute walk away .
