The Space

The house has lots of natural light, original architectural details and a warm Scandinavian atmosphere. It includes 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, sauna, spacious living areas and a sunny private garden. The neighborhood is quiet, green and well suited for families, with playgrounds, parks and local shops nearby. Valbyparken, Sydhavnstippen and the beaches in the southern part of Copenhagen can all be reached by bike, and Copenhagen city center is also accessible by bike or public transport. Our home is ideal for a family looking for a comfortable base while exploring Copenhagen and the surrounding areas at a more local pace. We are open to holiday home exchanges in Europe and other parts of the world.

Neighbourhood

Valby is a super nice neighborhood in bloom. With just a few minutes drive to trendy Vesterbro, Valby still has everything your heart desires. There are plenty of cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, a small shopping center, cinema, pharmacy and swimming pool. It is also here that you will find two of Copenhagen's biggest tourist attractions - Carlsberg and Copenhagen Zoo. The house is situated on a nice, quiet residential street, but with only 200 meters to the nearest bus stop going to the train station and you can be in the middle of Copenhagen in 15 minutes. We have three adult bikes available. Copenhagen is an easy and lovely city to ride in.
