General overview
Large house in quiet residential area. It is walking distance to downtown. 80 Metres from the ocean and oceanfront parks. Victoria is the Capital City of British Columbia , Canada. It is a beautiful seaside small City with lots to do including lots of natural beauty and close by wilderness.
The space
Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Beds: 1 king, one queen, one double. One of the bedrooms is in a separate outbuilding with the 1/2 bathroom. It is a bright home with a large living room, large dining room, very modern beautiful kitchen and also a family / TV room with lots of windows. A sundeck and table for outdoor eating and Bar-B-Que cooking as well as a patio of relaxed, private lounging.
Guest access
There is a short flight of stairs to the front door and a full flight to the second floor where the bedrooms are.
Notes
There is a basement suite that has a separate rear entrance. The tenant is a quiet person and it does not interfere with the use of the house at all.
We have a wonderful and friendly cat Jake. He has his own convenient cat door so that he comes and goes independantly. He just needs to be fed (dry food) and water a couple of times a day. If you want to get out of Victoria for a few days we can make other arrangements for him to be fed.

Neighbourhood
We are very short walk to parks, and a trendy neighbourhood "village" centre with groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy and liquor store, as well as a pub. Victoria and the surrounding area has so much to offer. https://www.tourismvictoria.comhttps://www.butchartgardens.com
Getting around
We are 1 block from a bus stop, bikes available for use and possibility of trading cars. Victoria is not a large city and you can get almost anywhere in 15 minutes or less driving. Our neighbourhood is lovely with coffee shops, restaurants and heath food store and supermarkets close by. We are steps to the seaside walk of Dallas Rd and a large park, Beacon Hill Park, with beautiful gardens, ponds and walk ways.If you like to walk, you can be in our lovely downtown in 15 minutes. Great place for biking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, exploring. Victoria has a fantastic museum, and great restaurants and coffee shops everywhere.

Southern Europe not too far from Mediterranean Sea. Italy, Greece and France top of our list currently. But we are open to many locations including our own Province of BC and the USA.
