3 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 living area with water views. Private large pool, pontoon and 2 decks, one under cover. Secure parking, Quiet street.

Fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, modern bathrooms, laundry, 2 living areas. Exterior has a private pool, pontoon/floating fishing dock & covered alfresco area, plus a second deck. Free unlimited Wifi. Secure off street parking. Guest use of canoes, life jackets, board games, childrens toys, crab pots, fishing equipment & desk space. Moor a boat or take in some fishing off the private fishing dock/pontoon. Main bedroom has queen bed, TV, walk in robe and ensuite. Second bedroom has a queen bed & built in robe. Third bedroom has a King single bed. A second king single or super king (suit couple) available by pre arrangement. Quality mattresses & linen Toiletries for forst few days of stay Ducted air conditioning and fans every room. High chair and cot if required. Front of property is a seperated apartment & office for owners use.
